As my partner and I are both hotel general managers, I selected this hotel to celebrate her birthday as the hotel had a great reviews and was nearby. Not only was the hotel beautifully designed and well-maintained, but they very kindly upgraded our room and Krajeab, the assistant restaurant manager, was delightful. She helped to set up the private dining in the Jungle, which was stunning, and was a real pleasure to deal with. Mausam looked after us during the dinner and was very attentive. The birthday amenities in the room were elegant & tasty. Their breakfast is probably one of the best in Patong and had a huge variety. Lovely pool, chil music and plenty of sunbeds available. All in all a wondeful, albeit short stay. Highly recommended and well done to the team.

A stunning hotel to enjoy the vacation in Phuket. We stayed for 2 nights and were amazed by the facilities, view, and hospitality of the staff. It sure is a high-end hotel. However, the money is worth the experience provided by the staff. Its remommended to add breakfast in as they had such a large variety, and the taste of the dishes was amazing. The resort also had an in-house massage centre. We tried it for 60 mins massage, and it was also worth it with very reasonable rates. Overall a great experience staying with them and a very good choice of high-end resort in Phuket

The property was beautiful and at a perfect location! We had stayed in the pool rooms so the view was breathtaking! The breakfast could be improved but liked it anyways. The staff were helpful and friendly. The hotel is perfect for singles, couples and families. It was a 13 min walk to Patong beach ! There’s also a scooter rental place right next door which was great! The bathroom was spacious and beautiful. The terrace was really nice as well.

Decor, room, location, staff, facilities, food, it was all top notch! Staff were so welcoming and helpful. We got one of the villas with private pool on the 4th floor, the view was amazing, enough privacy, the whole experience was amazing! We had an issue with some construction noise and the staff immediately offered us free massage session and a dinner to make it up for us. They were lovely, and so professional. If we come back to Phuket, we know where we are staying!!!

We had a wonderful stay at dinso, beautiful and relaxing with a good location. Staff are very friendly and helpful. We did experience a formality with the outdoor elevator that takes us to our pool villa, and the staff were very nice to compensate us for it with a massage and an afternoon tea.

Good location, walking distance from markets and jungceylon. Beautifully set out hotel very peaceful. Room was spacious and well suited to our family of 4 we stayed in a corner suite.
